This is delicious and nutty, healthy and very flavorful granola. Fabulous as a cereal, an out of hand snack, in yogurt, with any fruit. It is very, very good! Once you try it I believe you will be back for more…:O)

Pumpkin Harvest Granola with Seeds

Same great healthy ingredients as the Nutty Pumpkin Harvest Granola, EXCEPT no nuts. We wanted to make a wonderful healthy pumpkin granola for those of us who cannot have any nuts, so simply held out the nuts and added roasted sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds..

These pies are just great! We hand make every filling and crust where diced chicken is the highest ingredient, followed by lots of veggies, spices and wonderful broth. All wrapped in our pie crust for you to enjoy the wonderful smell and great taste of this nutritious ready to put in the oven meal.
A note on the “pasties”: They are prebaked and ready to heat!

Chicken, purified water, organic bouillon (chicken meat and natural juice, salt, cane sugar, maltodextrin, natural flavors, onion, potato starch, garlic, tumeric, spice extractives,) OR homemade stock OR both bouillon and homemade stock, carrots, corn, green beans, potatoes, baby lima beans, garlic, poultry seasoning, salt. Grass Fed Beef-Beef “Pastie”, Baked

Our grass fed beef receive no hormones or antibiotics. They receive only non GMO grains. I make the rich and full bodied broth from scratch that I use in the Beef Pot Pies. All fat is removed from the broth and then I add a multitude of veggies and spices, filling our wonderful pie crusts, ready for you to bake as a truly “homemade” meal!

Ingredients: Lean beef, carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, tomatoes, peas, green beans, corn, lima beans, salt calcium chloride, purified water, homemade beef stock,(beef,salt, applecider vinegar) cooled and fat removed. Crust: Flour mix: (garbanzo, white rice, potato starch, sorghum, tapioca flour, soy, fava bean, corn starch, xantham gum). Canola oil, purified water, apple cider vinegar, egg, baking powder, salt.

Vegetarian “Pastie”, With non dairy cheese or with dairy cheddar cheese, Baked

I created these pies especially for those who wanted a pot pie that is meatless, wanting a delicious crust wrapped around the filling. These pies are one of my favorites! I cook pinto beans with a gentle infusion of natural smoke flavor. After they are cooked I add a variety of veggies and spices. We fill the bottom crust with the rich and nutritious filling and before the top crust goes on we add either Daiya non dairy cheese or a mild cheddar cheese to the filling to add even more flavor and then top it with our wonderful pie crust! Ready for you for a great “homemade” meal!

Ingredients: Slow cooked pinto beans, sautéed onion, mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, corn, green beans, baby lima,) tomatoes, green beans, green pepper, pinto bean broth simmered with smoke flavoring, (water, natural smoke flavor, vinegar, molasses, caramel color and salt) garlic, thyme, parsley, salt. Crust: Flour mix: (garbanzo, white rice, potato starch, sorghum, tapioca flour, soy, fava bean, corn starch, xantham gum). Canola oil, purified water, apple cider vinegar, egg, baking powder, salt. Cheese is Daiya brand, Mozzarella and Cheddar style Vegan product (filtered water, tapioca and/or arrowroot flr., non GMO expeller pressed canola oil and/or safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, salt, inactive yeast, vegan nat. flavors, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, citric acid for flavor, annatto.

Contains: Soy, corn, egg (approx. 1/5th of an egg in each crust)

Hawaiian Muffin

The mixture of these flavors is phenomenal! When we went to Hawaii I loved the mix of banana’s, pineapple and coconut…so here is a gluten and dairy free taste of Hawaii! We put a little brown sugar streusel on top of these to set off the beautiful flavors inside this muffin. Again, as with all of our baked products they freeze perfectly and are ready in an instant for you to enjoy!

Ingredients: Bananas, Ingredients: Meister’s flour mix ( white rice, sorghum, tapioca starch, soy flour, corn starch, xanthan gum), cane sugar, canola oil, dried pineapple pieces, dried un sweetened coconut, eggs, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, pure vanilla, salt. Topping: unsweetened coconut, brown sugar, the flour mix above. and a bit of canola oil

Powerhouse Stud Muffin

I call these muffins my “studley guys” as they are quite impressive with their power packed ingredients and energy they supply! These are perfect muffins to get you going and keep you going! Good protein – Good fiber – An energy boost from coffee – Good omega fatty acids – Cranberries, Oats, Flax…all make this a healthy tasty, moist “meal” on the run any time! We also top these with a bit of a streusel mix too!
We also have the Powerhouse Stud Muffin Mix, which can have the coffee packet removed so as to eliminate the caffeine and still have a wonderful nutritious muffin!

~ Gluten, Dairy, Soy and Rice Free ~

Ingredients: Certified no cross contamination , Non GMO gluten free oats, Dried Cranberries. Flour blend: Tapioca flour, Potato starch, Garbanzo flour, sorghum flour. Cane sugar, unsweetened applesauce, eggs, non alkali cocoa, roasted flax seeds, canola oil, coffee, pure vanilla, xantham gum, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Topping: oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, and a bit of canola oil.
